With a spacious studio based in Kensington in Melbourne's north western suburbs, Aura Studio delivers consultations on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and classes directed by leading experts in the wellbeing of mind, body and soul.
Within our light-filled home, Aura directs several Yoga and Pilates classes daily, alongside the open meditation suite where guests can unwind in solitude or engage in the guided sessions. A qualified dietitian and naturopath are available to discuss healthy eating plans and encourage internal balance while the luxury spa suite provides much needed stress relief and relaxation for the body through massage therapy.

Classes
The team at Aura Studio have curated a selection of classes to suit all ability levels and the expert leaders are always on hand to assist, make you feel comfortable and confident, and motivated to move.
Whether you've never tried Yoga before or you practise regularly, we have classes to suit your abilities. From beginners to advanced Yoga, our studio leaders will assist and guide you through each pose to increase your strength and flexibility
Mat and Reformer
Pilates
Offering mat Pilates as well as machine assisted Reformer Pilates, our team are passionate about helping you improve your alignment, develop core strength and strengthen your body through weight resistance and controlled movement
Guided Meditation sessions with one of our experienced teachers can provide you with the tools you need to quieten a busy mind and and restore balance. Group sessions are offered weekly or book in for a one-on-one for a more personalised experience.

For when your body is feeling out of alignment both physically and mentally, a consultation with our highly trained Naturopath could be just what you need to help tap into potential deficiencies or excesses and restore your internal health through dietary changes and natural nutritional supplements
Specialising in remedial and deep tissue massage, and relaxation techniques, the trained team in the Spa Suite provide professional and expert treatment for aches, pains and muscle tension using locally sourced natural organic products.
